Biotechnology and Life Sciences
Over my legal career, I’ve been fortunate to have as clients numerous biotech and pharma companies, large and small. Additionally, I have over a dozen years’ bench research experience, a Ph.D. from Baylor College of Medicine, a post-doctoral fellowship at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, and a staff position at a joint Stanford University-Palo Alto / VA Medical Center research facility, where I was a PI on two grants. The combination of my scientific and legal experience makes me uniquely qualified to assist biotechnology and life sciences companies with their legal needs.
Whether your company needs help with a simple agreement or a complex transaction, a short term engagement, or an outsourced General Counsel, I am ready to provide you with high quality, cost-effective legal services.
